Terms of Use

Information Collection and Use

March2Success collects information about our users during the registration process. All users must provide their name, email address, state and zip code to identify you and communication with account notices  (such as expiration).  We collect various types of demographic information for each user to provide aggregate reports, and to better understand our users.  We share your name with our content partner to allow for a better user experience.  No personal information is shared with any other party except for two exceptions:

  1. You register as part of the Future Soldiers Training Program.  The program is explained on the registration page to allow users to determine if they are included in this group.  Because these users are under contract  to the US Army, we provide a monthly report of these users.
  2. You register as an Educator and request additional information.  These users will receive an additional email with contact information within the March2Success Program Office, and their contact information will be provided on a monthly report to allow the program office to reach out.

For site management and statistical purposes, the Web user's IP address, date and time of request, location of requested web site file from server, size of the file, referral web page, browser used and status code for a web user's request for the web site file are recorded.  March2Success uses Google Analytics to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications and identifying system performance or problem areas.

You can view our full privacy and security policy at https://www.march2success.com/main/privacy.

Who can use this site?

March2Success is open to the public.  The only requirement to register on March2Success is that you agree to the privacy policy and terms of service, and that you confirm at registration that you are 13 years old to be in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998.  If We determine you have misrepresented your age or are not abiding by the Terms of Service, your account may be terminated.  Typically, student and parent accounts are active for 180 days from registration.  Student accounts may be terminated after 25 days of inactivity.  Educator and Recruiter accounts do not expire, but we reserve the right to purge accounts that have not been accessed for more than 2 years.  Disabled accounts may be restored within 90 days by submitting a help request through the system.

Sending Emails

March2Success will send occasional emails to our users.  The most common types of emails are the welcome email to verify your email address, login information requests, and account expiration notices.  March2Success may initiate an email message to announce other issues with the system or your specific account.  Please make sure your email allows messages from support@march2success.com.

Content Moderation

March2Success does not provide a method for contact between users.  There are no public forums or message boards.  All content posted on the site is reviewed and approved by the Program Office prior to being published.  Because of this, there is no reason for a moderator on the site.

Copyrights and Licenses

March2Success and our content partners (providers) own and reserve the copyrights to all materials and content provided on this web site.  As a registered user, we grant you a license to use the materials through the US Army’s agreement with the providers.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, we will post the changes to this our site and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify active account holders by email at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the changes.
